Sadly many members have died and here is a list CALLUM NICOLSON It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Callum Nicholson on 21st April 2014. Callum was a Disrict Manager and later Vice President of the DMA KEN WIKBERG It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Ken Wikberg on 14th January 2015. Ken was the Head Office door man for many years TONY LLEWELLYN It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Tony Llewellyn on 22nd June 2015.Tony was a District Manager and supporter of the DMA JEFF BONSALL It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Jeff Bonsall on 04th July 2015. FRANK FAIRHURST It is with great sadness that we have to report the sad passing of Frank Fairhurst on 16th December 2015. He was a Districy Manager and a keen supporter of the Association and attended many AGMs. His input is greatly missed. DON WALKER It is with great sadness that we have to report that Don Waler died on February 2016. Don attended many of the Associations AGMs CHRIS CODD It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Chris Codd on 25th May 2016. He was District Manager and a great supporter of the Association. CHARLES JAMES COGLEY It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Charles James Cogley on 28th December 2016 He was a very succesful agent and was a top producer of new business. DAVE MEALL It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Dave Meall and his funeral on 11th March 2017 was well attended. Indeed the Association was represented by Janice and Graham Whitlock, Don Fraser and Alan Chetwyn. Dave worked in Head Office for many years and was a keen supporter of the Association helping out by checking the accounts. He also appeared on several quiz programmes such as the weakest link, STAN WIKBERG It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Stan Wikberg on 18th November 2017.
