ROYAL LIVER SUPERANNUITANTS ASSOCIATION

Sadly members have died and here is the list of those from 2012 NORTH WEST Owen Lowe- it is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Owen on Tuesday 07th February 2012. Owen was president of the Association up to the year 2005 and is sadly missed. MIDLANDS Terry Griffiths- It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Terry Griffiths om 31st March 2012. He started his career with the Liver in the 1960s and retired in 1993 having done several roles and was an Area manager. MIDLANDS Jim Layton- It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Jim Layton on 18th November 2012. Jim started with the Liver in 1961 as a staff assistant and later became manager of the Grantham office but decided to become an agent again and was very successful. MIDLANDS Douglas Lawrence- It is with great sadness we have to report the passing of Douglas Lawrence on January 30th 2013. He became District Manager of Shrewsbury and was also Secretary of the local team for 25 years. He was 92 when he died. NORTH EAST Robert Seward- It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Robert Seward on 12th October 2013. Robert had many roles with the Liver and upon retirement became Sect. of the North East branch and attended many AGMs GARETH PHILLIPS- it is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Gareth Phillips on 25th November 2013. Gareth was a District Manager and DMA president for many years. STEPHEN HOUSTON- It is with great sadness that we have to report the passing of Stephen Houston on 09th December 2013. Stephen did several roles with the Liver but this Association will always remember his entertaing speeches at the UK Agms and his input is very much missed.
